What file formats do you accept?
Vector files such as AI, EPS, PDF and SVG are preferred. We can also work with high-resolution PNG, TIFF, PSD and JPEG files. If your artwork needs preparation, we can help optimize it for printing.
How long does production take?
Typical production time is 7–10 business days after the artwork, products and order details are approved. Larger or more complex projects may require additional time, and we’ll provide a clear timeline before production.
Do you offer bulk or volume discounts?
Yes. Volume pricing is available for businesses, schools, teams and organizations ordering larger quantities. Contact us for pricing based on the product, design and quantity.
Can I provide my own design?
Yes. You can send your finished artwork, a sketch or an inspiration image. We also provide free design assistance to help turn your idea into print-ready artwork.

How do I start a project or request a quote?

Is shipping available?
Yes. Orders can be shipped, picked up locally in Gardner, or delivered through an organization when that option is available.
